Frequently asked questions

Short, honest answers to what new account holders ask most often, grouped by topic. If yours is not here, ask us and we will add it.

General use

How do I register?

Open the registration page, enter your name, email address and mobile number and press the button. The account is created immediately, and a personal manager calls to complete setup. No payment details are requested at this stage.

What do I need before I can start?

You must be 18 or over, live in the United Kingdom, and have a working email address and mobile phone. To deposit or withdraw you will also need a photo ID and a proof of address for verification.

Do I need trading experience?

You do not. The platform and your manager are there to explain things step by step. Lack of experience does not reduce risk, though, so start small and read the risk page.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes. The dashboard works in a mobile browser, and you can receive alerts on your phone. Nothing needs to be installed.

Fees and results

What does it cost to use the platform?

There is no registration fee and no monthly platform fee. Trading commission, spreads and currency conversion are charged when they apply and are shown before you confirm a trade.

Where can I see every fee?

All of them are in tables on the Fees and pricing page, and the amount that applies to a particular action is displayed at the moment you take it.

Will I make a profit?

Nobody can promise that. Results depend on the market, your settings and timing, and you can lose money. Figures shown on the site, including customer stories, are examples and not forecasts.

Features and use

What does the automation actually do?

It follows the pairs you choose, analyses price, volume and volatility, and places trades according to the strategy you switched on. It runs around the clock, so it can act while you are asleep.

Can I change the settings?

Yes. You can start with a ready-made strategy or edit trade size, pairs, limits and alerts, and you can pause or stop everything with one click.

Which notifications can I get?

You can choose alerts for strategy activity, safeguards being triggered, deposits and withdrawals, and security events such as a new login.

Must I use every feature?

No. You can use only the monitoring and reports, only one strategy, or the full set. Pick what fits you.

Risks

What can go wrong?

Prices can fall quickly, orders may fill at worse prices, exchanges can fail or be unavailable and software can have faults. The Risk disclosure lists eight categories in detail.

Does the safeguard stop losses?

No. When volatility becomes extreme the system may stop trading, which can limit exposure, but it cannot prevent losses or guarantee that capital is preserved.

Is my money protected by a compensation scheme?

Cryptoassets are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme, so if value is lost you may not be able to claim.

Security and account

How is my account secured?

With two-factor sign-in, encryption, login alerts, session control, scoped API keys and an audit log. The Security page explains each one.

Where is my money held?

Your assets stay with the exchange you connect, in your own account there. We hold no withdrawal rights over them.

What if I lose my phone?

Use your saved recovery codes, or contact support for the identity-checked recovery route. For your protection it can take longer than a normal login.

Help and support

Who can I ask when I am stuck?

Start with your personal manager, who is reachable at any hour once you are a client. Otherwise email the support desk, which replies within about one working hour.

What if I set something up wrongly?

Pause the strategy, then ask your manager to look at the settings with you. Nothing you can change in the dashboard is permanent.

What if I do not understand a feature?

Ask. Managers can walk you through it by phone, and the guides in the Learn section cover the basics.
