Fraud warning

Aurora Finspire takes every report and suspicion of fraud very seriously. From time to time we find companies using our name, or names close to ours, without permission. That can cause confusion and spread wrong information about us and our services.

Why we publish this warning

People who invest online are a regular target for impersonators. Fraudsters copy logos, wording and even whole websites, then contact people by phone, text, social media or email and ask them to deposit money or hand over account access. We publish this notice so that you know our official details and can tell the difference.

Our only official website is aurora-finspire.com and our only official support address is [email protected]. Anything else claiming to be us should be treated with great caution.

Clone companies

If you think you are dealing with a clone, a business that uses our brand, name or logo, do not give out personal information, and tell us straight away by email, with screenshots of the website, messages or adverts if you have them.

We work continually to find every clone, but some stay hidden for a while. Always check that any business you deal with online is legitimate before you share personal details or begin a business relationship, for example by looking it up on the Financial Conduct Authority's warning list.

We know our name and personal details have been misused for fraudulent purposes, which we cannot influence or control. We are sorry for the financial losses suffered by anyone who has met them, but we are not responsible for fraudulent transactions carried out in our name by people who are not part of our company.
