Personal support

Help from a real person from the moment you register. Each account is paired with a personal manager who knows your setup, answers your questions and stays with you as you learn the platform.

Registration is open. Places are limited.

A personal manager will contact you within 24 hours.

What personal support means

It means one named contact instead of a ticket queue. Your manager has your account notes in front of them, so you do not repeat yourself, and the same person follows up until a question is settled.

Their role is to guide, not to advise. They will explain what a setting does and what it will cost, but never which asset to hold or how much to put in.

FAQ

How soon will a manager contact me?

Usually within 24 hours of registering. They call the mobile number you gave.

Is support only for beginners?

No. Experienced users use their manager for settings, payments and a second opinion on how a feature works.

Can I ask about the platform at any time?

Yes. Questions about features, settings and the dashboard are welcome at any hour.

Will my manager help with deposits and withdrawals?

They explain the methods, times and checks, and help you find a payment. They cannot move money for you.

What if I would rather write than talk?

Email the support desk, or ask your manager to call back at a time you choose.

Will you tell me what to buy?

No. Managers explain how the platform works and do not give investment advice.

What a first call covers

Expect it to last about fifteen to twenty minutes. Your manager confirms your contact details, asks what you hope to get from the platform and how much time you can give it, and explains how automation and risk limits work. They will then show you where the dashboard keeps your balance, activity and reports.

You can stop them at any point, ask for it to be repeated, or arrange a second call for a quieter time.

Support you can rely on, within clear limits

Good help is as much about being honest on what we cannot do as on what we can. Your manager can explain features, walk you through settings, tell you where a payment has got to and prepare you for verification. They cannot recommend a particular asset, forecast prices, promise a result or take decisions on your account without your instruction.

If you ever feel pressured by anyone, including someone claiming to work for us, end the conversation and write to [email protected]. Our Fraud warning explains the signs.

Questions your manager hears most often

Money in and out

How long a Faster Payments deposit takes, why a withdrawal needs a check and which methods are free.

Settings

What a trade size cap does, how to pause a strategy and what the volatility safeguard will and will not do.

Statements

What a line in the monthly report means and where to find the activity behind it.

Account safety

Turning on two-factor sign-in, spotting a suspicious message and what to do about a lost phone.

Personal details

Changing an address or phone number and sending verification documents through the secure route.

Opening hours and response times are shown on the Contact page. Complaints follow the complaints procedure.

Deposits, withdrawals and your manager

Money questions are among the most common reasons people ring. Your manager can explain which deposit methods are free, why a bank may ask you to confirm a card payment, what documents a first withdrawal needs and why a request over the usual limit is reviewed by hand. They can also tell you where a payment stands, though they cannot release or reverse one by themselves.

The full detail sits on the Deposit and withdrawal and Withdrawal policy pages, and a manager can talk you through them whenever you like.

Working hours

Your manager can be reached at any hour once you are a client. The email support desk is open Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30 UK time (excluding bank holidays), and messages usually get a reply usually within one working hour. Our London office is staffed Mon to Fri, 9:00 to 17:30 UK time.

Outside those hours, urgent account concerns such as a suspected unauthorised login should go to your manager by phone, who can lock the account straight away.

Who you will speak to

Managers are trained on the platform, on UK rules for promoting financial products and on spotting customers who may be vulnerable. They follow a written code: they do not pressure anyone to deposit, they do not discuss other clients and they pass on anything that sounds like a complaint to the right team.

If you would like a different manager

Sometimes a personality simply does not fit. Tell the support desk and we will arrange a change without fuss, and your account notes will move across so you do not have to start from the beginning.

Language and accessibility

Support is provided in English. If you need adjustments, such as calls at a particular time, larger text in written material or a relative present on the call, tell your manager and they will make a note on your account. We would rather arrange things properly than have you struggle through a standard process.

What good support feels like

You should never feel rushed, talked down to or sold to. If a call leaves you more confused than before, tell your manager and ask them to explain it again in different words. If a call leaves you feeling pushed towards a deposit, end it and email the support desk, and we will look into what was said and put it right.
